How to Use
- Use 1 tablespoon of Oil Pulling Concentrate either undiluted or mixed with a 1:3 ratio of organic carrier oil such as sunflower, non-toasted sesame, or coconut
- Slowly swish, pull, and chew the oil around your mouth for 5 to 15 minutes
- Spit oil into a toilet or trash can
- Rinse mouth with lukewarm saline water
- Repeat daily for best results
