The TP-Link TL-SG1008D is an 8-port Gigabit unmanaged switch with a fanless plastic case designed for desktop or wall-mounting use. It provides 8 Gigabit auto-negotiation RJ45 ports with Auto MDI/MDIX support. Green Ethernet technology saves power by up to 80%, while IEEE 802.3x flow control provides reliable data transfer. It also supports MAC address learning and 802.1p/DSCP QoS (for V7 and later versions). Installation is plug and play with no configuration required.
